1) Cashier — Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)

Location: Our mobile retail sites across Bristol & the South West (markets and car parks where our lorries trade).
Overview: You’ll be the friendly face of our business, serving customers in a fast-moving, outdoor retail environment.

What you’ll do

  • Serve customers quickly and accurately; handle cash/card payments

  • Keep the counter tidy, stocked and welcoming

  • Provide helpful product guidance and great customer service

What you’ll need

  • Confident with numbers and tills

  • A people-first attitude and clear communication

  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to adapt to busy periods

2) Butcher — Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)

Location: Brislington depot and on our retail lorries.
Overview: An experienced butcher to support production and retail operations.

What you’ll do

  • Break down, de-bone and prepare cuts to spec

  • Maintain an attractive, fully stocked flash (front display)

  • Support the sales team on the lorries and in the depot

What you’ll need

  • Previous butchery experience and sound knife skills

  • High standards of hygiene and food safety

  • Flexibility to work between depot and mobile sites


3) Warehouse Operative (Brislington Depot) — Full-Time

Location: Unit 1B, Bonville Trading Estate, Brislington, Bristol, BS4 5QU
Overview: Ideal entry role for someone keen to learn the butchery trade.

What you’ll do

  • Pick & pack orders for Click & Collect and wholesale/mobile operations

  • Support the production line with timely packing to keep work flowing

  • Uphold excellent hygiene standards and accurate stock handling

What you’ll need

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean workspace

  • A proactive, team-focused approach in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable commute to Brislington and occasional flexibility for early starts
