If you experience any problems with your order upon receipt, please contact us at bristolmeatmachine@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your meat box.

When emailing, include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of the product(s) in question

This helps us review your case quickly and offer a suitable solution.


📦 Returns Process

In the unlikely event that a return is required, please send the item(s) back to our depot at:

Return postage costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will promptly arrange a replacement or work with you to find the best possible resolution.
